Online Brandguide Platform?

I was looking at https://www.frontify.com/en/
has anyone use this?I'm looking for a way to move an existing brandguide to an online-shareable format, in a way that's free, and without using developer resources.
My plan B was to do it using adobe portfolio, which my company has and is not using at the moment, but if you guys have other ideas I would be thankful.

I don't really like becouse it's not practical to review, would be nice to have a fluid layout too, perhaps I'm asking too much...

I used Frontify for a long while. The free version is fine, until you want to share it.
