No pillows = you won't sleep on back:
Basically you don't want to sleep on your back. You don't snore if you sleep on your side.
Very early research is indicating a correlation between snoring > sleeping on back > Alzheimers.
This is an interesting listen/watch. Talks about snoring and a whole host of other modern ailments that can be improved with posture and chewing. It's worth a listen. 21min 50 sec is when it starts dealing with sleep apnea and snoring.
