Looking for workflow examples of the software used for each step of the modern UI/UX workflow. From wireframing to design. Sketch, Zeplin, Figma... etc.
Thanks!

Well, you can pretty much just use Figma for everything.

Adobe CC is exactly what you're looking for.

I've used photoshop for years, but I might be starting a new gig that sketch and lots of other random programs. Just wondering, best practices.
- Master Sketch with the Craft Invision plugin, all the "other random programs" riff off the exact same principles.robotron3k
- Also get familiar with Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) so you can be hip and in-the-know...robotron3k
- thanks for the insiders tips!Raybandana

XD is pretty good for full cycle if you don't want to keep switching apps

XD is really where it's at. All those other apps are for hipsters that don't know how to use Adobe.
- no version control though, correct?whatthefunk
- you can use https://www.abstract… for that, but I still recommend Figmagrafician

(A)sk the stakeholders what they want
(B)uild that even if it’s stupid

Figma or Sketch.
XD is still in diapers and not ideal if there is a need for collaboration with others.

These are the tools I use. Although, I'm sure someone here will have better examples.
Research:
Hotjar, good for heat maps and screen recordings.
Google Analytics has lots of data on visitors to your site.
User & client interviews, I use Google Meet or a questionnaire.
Card sorting can be done with physical stickies or online using Miro.
Journey mapping can be done in Miro too.
You can use sites like https://www.usertesting.com/ to get feedback on your site.
I use Google Docs to put together competitor analysis.Design
Pen and paper.
Site map and functionality list can be done with Miro and Google DocsPreviously I used Sketch and Invision but now my team has just about transition totally to Figma.
Figma has its equivalent of Miro called Figjam but personal I prefer Miro.
This is a link to a class I did on how to do user testing.

it doesn't matter because you'll get sign off then their internal team that's contracted in as a third party will absolutely destroy your work and add fonts and maybe a few clocks that show what time it is in paris or even moscow (wow!)

What about Octopus?
