Have just started trialling Hubspot. Apparently if you use email tracking via Outlook, Hubspot will include an invisible pixel in your emails so they can be tracked.
My question is, do any SPAM filters reject emails for having an invisible pixel embedded?
- Not sure if it will get caught in spam (I doubt it would) but iOS you can't track if user opened email (for any iOS clients you have) .hotroddy

ZohoOne is the best I've tested and what we use. It's a phenomenal deal. $30/month per employee for EVERYTHING - the CRM, Email Campaigns, Social, Project Management and a billion other integrated softwares.
I'll be the first in line if they ever go public, a billion times better than Salesforce (imho) and a tiny fraction of the cost.
- Emails are all saved within the profiles and phone calls are recorded in the profiles via RingCentral integration (yes, legal here)formed
- We're using Zoho servies for almost 3 years now, with 1.5k/month with all the extra services isn't bad for 30ppl.sted
- Zoho is good, I've used that too. Once configured SuiteCRM does everything Zoho does without the perpetual fees. I'd opt to keep the $18k / year but that's me.spot13
- The beauty of Zoho is all the other services that can be integrated. I've not seen any others come close and certainly not competing on price.formed

Have used a few and can’t say anything bad about HubSpot at this point.... price ramps up dramatically from the free version depending on need but it’s pretty sweet. Chrome extensions to integrate email in to the contact record ... customer notes, email marketing campaigns, deal pipelines, accounting integrations etc etc.

SuiteCRM is the open source version of SugarCRM. It may look a bit like a red-headed step child but it's very powerful, extendable and free. https://suitecrm.org/

Doing some research on this now and FUCK these are all the exact same; branding, illustration(s), etc. These SaaS platforms are killing me!!!
My business is integrating HubSpot right now, BUT not free (even though some"tools" are free)...
...JUST like the Dollar Store starting with everything at $1 and slowly making things $2, $3 + dollars.
*sigh*

Free hubspot CRM is supereasy and free - takes ±1 hour to learn and set up, set from there on.

Airtable is crazy flexible (and has a free level)
- They have a ton of pre-made templatesGnash
- Ahh! I've been meaning to look into Airtable for a while now - do you use it for anything other than CRM?Nairn
- I use with a couple of clients as database for their products (both images and descriptions), but very surface level use of how complex you can get with thisGnash
- I’m not even scratching the surfaceGnash

Looking at utilizing a CRM tool to keep track of new business leads, etc. Since Basecamp stopped making Highrise, what else is out there that's decent (and relatively cheap or free)?
