Umm. All devices have a night mode. My iPhone goes yellow after 10pm. My iMac can do this too.

- I for one largely don't use screens for an hour or so before bed these days. Less because I'm trying, more because I don't have the time. I get to sleep better.Nairn
- Books are good for this - the same type of input, but none of the light radiation.
Zzzzzzz*snoreNairn - Also, check your lightbulbs - some of the CFLs and LEDs (etc), especially older ones, have too much blue light.Nairn
- Why the fuck did I write "I for one"?
Just "I" would've sufficed.

Any of you use blue light glasses for computer / phone / tablet / electronics use?
I picked some up this weekend on the recommendation of my doctor, especially to use within an hour or so before bedtime to help make it easier to fall asleep.
Biggest plus for me at the moment seems to be what feels like a reduction in eye strain staring at my big Apple monitor so far this morning.
