I am looking for a Direct to Garment printer that also prints on other surfaces like wood and plastic. I haven't had any luck. Does this type of thing even exist?
there can be only one
If you can be bothered, you could Google 'DIYDTG' (DIY Direct to Garment) which will eveal a small world of hacked options for converting the guts of printers (generally Epsons) into forms that enable them to print on things on platens, rather than fed-sheets.
Obviously the focus is on garments, but there's no technical reason (beyond ink-types used) that you can't stick whatever you want through them.
I'd look up direct to garment vs screen printing.
