Working on a new visual language for a contemporary jewish business and I want to be bold with type.
Any suggestions on fonts that look somewhat jewish without being too obviously and cheesy?
Any help would be great
what, like hebrew?
You guys rock thank you
Have you seen the Sagmeister branding for the Jewish Museum in SF? https://sagmeisterwalsh.com/work…
Their exploration is based on the star of david, which leads into the typography and visual motif. I like this because instead of trying to mimic hebrew, they created something more appropriate and contemporary.
- also note that the hebrew isn't a native language more many jewish people, and visually it might be a bit cliche to trymonospaced
