Well, following the Portable Masturbation Tent is certainly going to be a challenge but here goes nothing...
These are pretty handy! A little more expensive possibly, but I actually use this a lot.
Tour Supply 9V LED Flashlight. Snaps onto any 9V battery.

- I got a decent notebook from an architecture firm. Must have cost a pretty penny, though, and not sure how many would actually use these.formed
- IMO I think everyone would actually use these unless you're so tech savvy that you only use you smart phone for notes and lists.fooler
- They're much more practical that cheap neon fake ray-bans with a logo on the arm or stress ball or any other cheesy swag you usually get.fooler

Sticky notes are useful.
My old work had breath mints that were really popular in a personalized tin.

I've been looking forever but can't find anything that is affordable and not cheesy.
Lips sunscreen stuff - super cheesy, but I keep them and use them, so they work
Mugs - people will use those
Pens - cheesy, too, but I also keep the free pens (though I never look at the company names like I do on the lip sunscreen stuff).
Customer appreciation gifts (read: not cheap):
St. Patrick's Day gift basket - coffee with green mugs that had the company logo on them. Unique, sticks out and people will remember it (not on xmas, etc.).
Custom Drink Mixer - a company took a chemistry set (beakers, etc.) and made it for making drinks, created a customer cooler for the kit. Must have cost a fortune but looks super cool.
