it could bd a good on set outpost for film/editing, categorizing footage, uploading dailies, controlling experiential graphics in a place that's not aheady set up for that.
I think there could be a market for such a rental with or without resources to run it. Id hit up ppl like Goldenvoice and AEG for events, production companies for movies and TV, ad agencies for commercials, and places like Quiote or Smashbox as an optional addition to for shoots. So many commercial shoots add extra shoot elements for web. i can see a lot of situations where it would be helpful to check, possibility manipulate to make sure what you have works and copy to drives before I leave. that process would literally save days. It would be a nice work station for a line producer and interns in the field. A mobile control room wild be great for small festivals.
Am i crazy?
- A friend of mine has a mobile recording studio - he's pretty busy with it. I would imagine that portable film-edit suites existGnash

I think this could be a really great way to promote a design studio locally and find new clients. It's actually quite a good promotional "vehicle" in that sense. The design happening in the truck would/could be more for show, but it's fun and engages people, and who knows, it could lead to a meeting on the spot and new work.

not bad. probably a better idea than having a drive thru built into a design boutique.

make it a design yacht.
so you don't have to pay taxes for any income generated off the shore.

The problem it solves is a firm's ability to scale resources and space for those resources according to the projects it gets, versus screwing up the cap rate on a building you are trying to grow into.

^ I think sublets, coworking spaces, and work from home are all doing a pretty good job at that already. And they don't have to worry about lack of toilets, parking space, electricity, etc.
I'm gonna say bad idea, or too small of a market.
