What are some questions that you would ask to see if a particular agency could be a good fit for you?
Things like working culture, processes, etc. Thanks!
also interested. typically the important points are already covered by the time this question comes up in an interview and i'm stuck like "uh, no?"
ask if they could explain their process. if agile, ask them if they could quickly explain how agile works for them.
how does the company (if in house) view design.
how long the person has been at the company.
what's the one thing they find most exiting.
any areas of improvement that they see. (important)
what's the one thing you could to within the first 30 days to be successful at the company.
What does success look like in this role?
What do you hope that I will accomplish in 3mo / 6m / 1year?
If you could have you perfect candidate, what would they bring to your organization? what problems would they solve?
I always like to ask what I can expect to frustrate me as a new team member -- gives them a chance to open up a bit and be honest about the role/team/processes.
The culture thing aka (culture fit) is a bunch of garbage, if they mentioned those words to you...run, run away from them.
