Shop without the crowds
Make signs: out of stock, closed for the day.
put them in front of the parking lot entrance.

Do something about photo licensing, news portals want to be able to use photos with the proper rights and for example pay license fee for using photos posted by specific users. Sometimes it isn't enough to wait for the user to check their messages and to reach and agreement via private msgs.
