Anyone have anything for 3D tours of homes / buildings? Prefer a real 3D experience using webgl opposed to just stitching photos together in a 3D globe if-you-will.
https://sketchfab.com/ is pretty 'dope'... (homage to dopepope whom shared it in the recent work thread) :)
This is amazing and very much what I'm looking for: https://sketchfab.com/models/803…
- oh... been looking into threeJS but haven't explored too deep:

For absolutely every project: Modernizr
http://modernizr.comSame as dbloc, Cycle2 is my goto for image sliders, although have occasionally used RoyalSlider
Maplace for streamlining Google Maps embeds
http://maplacejs.com- 2nd modernizerdbloc
- Yeah modernizr is a must. ScrollTo doesn't play nice with mobile/tablets. You two should really try Flickity if you haven't.ESKEMA
- Or was it another another one that didn't play nice..?? Can't remember. But I've used it a lot too.. And localscroll.ESKEMA
- Haven't had any issues with ScrollTo on mobile/tablet myself. Flickity looks good, might give it a shot instead of RoyalSlider sometime.Nathan_Adams

still use cycle2 for most sliders and image rotations.

Nice list, couple of them may come in very handy.
Mine would be:
GSAP (Greensock)
- very powerful JS based animation
https://greensock.com/is pretty much used on everything I do, and sometimes if project calls for it:
ScrollMagic - for scroll interactions.
http://scrollmagic.io/- ScrollMagic seems interesting, have to take a look. Recently used Waypoints to make similar stuff.
http://imakewebthing…ESKEMA - If you combine scrollmagic with GSAP you can do some really nice stuff.
this guy has some great tuts.
https://ihatetomatoe…dee-dubs - I need to start learning Greensock. Looks great.fadein11
- I remember Greensock from the Flash days. Have to check them out again :)ESKEMA
- GSAP is amazing and supposedly seomthing like 20x more efficient than jquery... love it... use it oftenPonyBoy

There are JS/JQuery plugins that I almost always use in every project, they've become second nature to my work and I rely heavily on them. I thought I could start a thread focused on this particular set of tools so we can all share those gems and advise each other about better options that we don't know.
This should be for stuff you really use a lot, and not some stuff you heard might work but haven't tried yet... Let's try to keep this focused. So here's my list:
Isotope
— for layouts, filtering, sorting, all kinds of cool stuff
http://isotope.metafizzy.coFlickity
— Best Slider I have ever worked with, just fucking awesome.
http://flickity.metafizzy.coFitvid
— For responsive video embeds
http://fitvidsjs.comScrollToFixed
— For fixing stuff on scroll
https://github.com/bigspotteddog…Tocify
— Automated TOC
