Two separate emails from two different people in the past two days. An obvious scam, but thought I'd just post it here for the Internets to see.

do you have to pay them a $500 processing fee?
send them your bank and SS# for easy deposit of funds lol?

so to sum up the scam:
they pay you 10k through their credit card. You then take a portion of that, say 5k and write a cheque to their "consultant", your money clears, and they then put a reversal on the credit card payment and you're out 5k.

Ms. Talens, 41, was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Tuesday for operating what prosecutors called “one of the largest coupon fraud schemes” in U.S. history, saying it cost retailers and manufacturers more than $31 million in losses.
