Pick your poison and embed the fonts online...
...I use USE ANY FONT (WordPress-based) and have had no issues (compatibility, speed, etc.):

I've used legal embedding on the odd site (with a budget above $HIT) and they work nicely as well; a lot of the large type houses have a "cloud-based" solution by now. Others are close to having one.

This is more for sharing PPT presentations between PC/Mac internally, email signatures, stuff like that where it's not possible to embed fonts, or at least it isn't from what I understand.

Use whatever fonts that you want, just make sure to embed them properly with the correct code.
