First of all. The metro, the bus or the s-train are great ways of getting around, but the genuine Copenhagen vibe is experienced on a bike. You can rent them lost of places.
I would go for this:
– Smoke a joint af Christiania and take a walk round Christianshavn.
– Take a walk at Nørrebro (Fav route goes from Dronning Louises Bridge to Blågårdsgade and Elmegade through the Assistentens Cemetery ending up at Jægersborggade/Stefansgade with an awesome cinnamon swirl at Meyers Bakery and a coffee at the Coffe Collective. Maybe a beer at Mikkeller in Stefansgade. Go back to Blågårdgade and get wasted.
– Take a boat ride in the canals.
– Get your munchies on at The Paper Island or Torvehallerne
– Get wasted at Kødbyen. (Nice eating options there as well)
– Take a walk around The Kings Garden, the HC Ørsted Park or the lakes.
– Go to the Louisiana Museum north of the city.Mix the list above with a bit of the touristy stuff and you will love it :)

The whole city is awesome. Metro construction has torn up the city center a bit but still worth checking out. Few highlights for me were the Ørestad and West Amager suburbs, they are a short trip out of town on the metro headind towards the airport it's a newer neighborhood with a lot of crazy architecture going on. Nørrebro is the hipster section of town.
If you are near Nyhavn head over to the http://designmuseum.dk/
Foodwise I enjoyed:
Torvehallerne (in Nørrebro it's an open style market with good food) and
Copenhagen Street Food (Near Christianshavn Really close to Noma as well)

I think it has been mentioned above that foreigners seem to like Ørestaden for the architecture (not much else to see there):

I mentioned Louisiana Museum as well. The art is always great but you can easily go there for the architectural experience as well:
Dyrehaven is a large natural park north of the city (There is also a very old amusement park if you are in to that):

if you want an experience I'd say it's worth it. my trips have always been for business so scheduling an appointment is impossible as I get less than 2 weeks notice when I need to go there. The thing with Noma is it's all riffs on Nordic cuisine so if you aren't to familiar with the food of Denmark I'd imagine it would be off putting.René Redzepi has actually closed Noma right now and is running Noma out of the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. So he might come back with a whole slew of new ideas.

Amazing city - I went with the wife last year and will definitely be going back regularly. People are very friendly and standards are very high. Favourite city in the world after NY!
Our room at the SAS Radisson Blu Royal designed by Arne Jacobsen. WELL WORTH STAYING AT! It's not too pricey - but the price is well worth the design features in the lobby and the rooms - ask for a corner room overlooking the station!
Lots of great boutique shops that kind of made me think of downtown manhattan.
Look for NORSE PROJECTS store - nice clothing! and it's cheaper than anywhere else in the world as it's made here.

Eating - DO NOT go to Geist!
It's pretentious shit at stupid prices.
Recommend Pate Pate http://www.patepate.dk/You really can't go wrong eating out in Copenhagen. They seem to have quite a high standard of living there and must expect good food even from little sandwich shops.
Definitely get a bike and just cruise around the city - it's so much fun and very safe (even for people not really that experienced or confident in cycling in city centres)
Visit AIAIAI HQ for some new headphones ;)
If you've never seen any kind of "Stonerville" at festivals etc then Christiana is possibly worth a visit but it is pretty rundown.

There's a taschen bookstore on the Stroget near Nyhavn. lots of big expensive designer-y books to lust after.
