sites using google map tiles

  anyone have any good references or sites that are using google map tiles in an unconventional way?
  I've been given a possible project to show an absolutely massive company org-chart, and it occurred to me you could use maptiles to zoom in and out of it...
  but some of the developers are asking if there are any examples of google map tiles being used for things 'other' than maps...
  I'm sure I've seen some over the years...anyone have any examples???? please????

  thanks man...but not quite like that...
  i mean using the old 'tile' method with zooming and panning for something that's NOT a map...
  unconventional....
