Ive always struggled with this, I think it all depends on how you want to come across. If you are using your Portfolio to get a full time job then first person. But if you are using it to pick up your own clients then 3rd person is ok. But id say only if you want to seem like there is more than one of you in the company not a one man band. Hope that makes sense? :)

I like third person for profile, but for other areas where it's more personable or casual speaking, first person. First person in profile does end up sounding a bit too much like a narcissist and a lot of "I" this and "I" that. IMO.
