Interesting.
But 800,000 ?!?!
Has any body ever raised that much money?

Reminds me of the venus project. we are technologically advanced enough that now no one has to work. we can easily have free food, free energy, but capitalism mother fucker!
Tesla was the fucking man.
I remember reading about him wirelessly transmitting power over kilometres decades ago and was really shocked. He also had plans to put up a huge tower in new york that would emit free power for the world (which looks to be what the kickstarter is about).
If i remember rightly he also hypothesised that the earth naturally emits a frequency, and this frequency could be absorbed as energy to power this free energy transmitter.and he could fucking make ball lightning - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bal…
which people still today cannot do.- really, and where did all that "free energy" he wanted to spread from NYC came from?ernexbcn
- < read the comment properly "this frequency could be absorbed as energy to power this free energy transmitter"fadein11
- got it, not sure about this thoughernexbcn

Great work but I hope they are ready for the backlash. Won't be long before they get strange illnesses, charged with dubious crimes, discredited etc. No place for this in the capitlist system unfort - it would collapse without the fossil fuel energy rackets. Once capitilism has died this may stand a chance.

Tesla even though he patented, kinda hid parts that make his devices work. They'd have to figure out the major parts of it. but I dont think it would work if they replicated his device in NYC. If they went to the locations he chose maybe. He chose montuak because it had an underground aquifer and some other earth anomalies. Large movement of water underground, same as the great pyramid,. He chose Colorado springs for the thunderstorms atmosphere anomalies, Something about movement of water that creates a charge or something.

The problem with Tesla is that some vital parts in his most advanced papers are what scientists today still don't understand.

1. You made a Yugoslav born happy by discussing Tesla.
2. I really hope this doesn't go into conspiracy driven discussion (because there's a lot of stupid stuff online about him and his work), the guy was a real scientist and a true visionary. Way before his time even by today's standards.Double post apology...
- what conspiracy are you referring to?yurimon
- for example his connection to HAARP. it's a whole different idea he had.renderedred

So putting aside the scientific merits of this, if you were some random guy in Russia and people gave you $800k, do you a) build a tower to prove some theory which may or may not work or b) pack money into a suitcase and board a plane never to be heard from again
