I need to create a drop down form menu that has items in it that link out to various pages.
Problem is I have no access to the header of the page, meaning I cannot add javascript to the header.
Is this even possible?

explain further.
are you trying to make a dropdown menu out of a regular menu that you can't access?

You can add or link javascript anywhere on the page. It doesn't have to be in the header.

When you have a drop down menu, when one of the sub items is selected, how do you get it to open in a new window?
<form name="form" id="form">
<select name="jumpMenu" id="jumpMenu" onchange="MM_jumpMenu('parent',this,0)" style="width:280px;">
<option value="">SELECT</option>
<option value="#url">SUBITEM 1</option>
</form>- Think I got it. Found a bunch of bs solutions before, stumbled on the right one finally.CygnusZero4

New wrinkle. I got the sub items in the drop down to open up in a new window, but it only works on the PC. Any idea how to get this to work on the mac?
<form name="form" id="form">
<select name="jumpMenu" id="jumpMenu" onchange="window.open(this.options[this.selectedIndex].value,'_blank','');" style="width:280px;">

You can add javascript before the final BODY tag.

This is a regular drop down form menu, but I need the selections in the drop down to open up in a new tab. Works on PC, wont work on Mac. I posted the form code above, minus all the drop down items.
So is this just a popup issue on the mac? I dont see this being any different than a site with normal html links that you want to open up in a new tab. That usually works on mac doesnt it?
