The book "How to Fold" has been pretty handy for me over the years. Even comes with a CD of die lines. The same press has other books that are handy as well.

If you're doing an invite, you should probably create the die yourself based on the needs and budget of your client. That being said, the service you're asking about would be a cool idea.

Contract a mechanical/production artist, or utilize similar services offered by the printer.
Either direction can potentially save you guesswork and offer suggestions to improve cost efficiency of your print run.
