My NDA/Non-Compete cost about $450 and was worth every penny.
There was no loophole (actually, it is outrageously in my favor, intentionally, with room to give if someone asks...but they never do, it seems), and it has been tested by some very well funded people.

People will find a loophole no matter what, trust me... There is always a way to get screwed! Do good work and hopefully work with people you know and trust and you'll be just fine ;) If not, keep a good lawyer like Saul in your back pocket...

This website auto populates the NDA with the information that you fill outed and incorporates the standrad bumbo-jumbo NDA bull shit.

Go to a good lawyer. It wont be that expensive.
Dont be crying in front of no judge. I got my NDA from qbn.
