eh.
About your only option for that budget with be a Rebel T2i.
It's "slow motion" is only 60fps, so half-speed.

You could make it slower in post (Twixtor) and really slow it down.

about to rush off so cant write much, but here it is...
Hacked GH1 produces the highest bitrate video, containing the most data/detail, allowing to get the best slow mo (using 3rd party apps like pango said - twixtor is awesome) camera you can below about £5000.
but, you getting shallower depth of field of the canon dslrs, plus more accessories, more lenses etc.
If it were me I would choose between a GH1/GH2 and a 550d/600d.
but remember this isnt genuine slow mo, its interpolated slow mo from 60fps.- (Note I'm only familiar with video dslrs, and know v little about proper video cams, moldero is your man for that!)Hombre_Lobo

most Sonys now shoot 240fps (thats fields not frames), even the handicams which are like 600 bux
shot with a sonyFX1000, handicams shoot just as good minus the good lens.
I got a bunch of slowmo footage I did in this behind the scenes thing here:
