I always used to laugh how excited Belushi got when announcing the band members on that first Blues Brothers album. I didn't know the history of any of those people but they had a great thing going. This guy was definitely another winner in that group.

Sad news indeed.
I remember him most for the Blues Brothers too.I met him and Steve Cropper at a blues festival I was playing at when I was about 19, I remember being in awe of them both, I think I have a photo of me with them too, somewhere.
