@Beeswax:
'Interesting thing is the higher the rate the more committed clients are.'
Makes perfect sense. The higher they pay, to more it is in their interest that they get their money's worth.
- Right. For a while I thought I'm making good friends by doing them a favor. They r better friends&clients now.Beeswax

I haven't worked hourly in years. I prefer day rates. I work fast.
- clients do like that better, but i can also see clients/agencies taking advantage of thatpixellette
- 1 day is 10 hours max. Any overtime is an extra half or full day. Easy.shellie

I charge between $40 - $70 depending on the skill set that I have to use and the circumference of the client's neck. If I set it up too high then I have turn a lot of people who come to me in need of help, If I set it too low then bigger clients might not take me as serious. Interesting thing is the higher the rate the more committed clients are.

Where
Who
What
How---
Where do you live
Who are your clients
What type of work do you do
How long have you been working- Probably not much point in answering any of that as the likelihood of you giving a valuable response is slim to none.CuriousGeorge

- That's kind of a dick response to someone trying to help. But I guess this is QBN.brettcalzada

what is your hourly rate, and what is it that you do?

Kind of a useless question without a location, job role etc. I'm pretty familiar with this stuff as I hire freelancers all the time, but your question is too vague to give a proper answer.

If your clients always say yes without any hesitation, you're too cheap

Around $100 for things you can do in your sleep,
Around $50 or so with things you are familiar with and you need to research and learn new things.
