Looks like they are already confused:
UPDATE: Looks like we posted some incorrect images of the new branding. We’re working quickly with the brand team to post the correct images. Will have them online shortly! Apologies for the confusion. -Phil

why helvetica?
- They're not using Helvetica.detritus
- True, we are using Nokia Pure, design by Dalton MaagCodenameAM

ew, why?
- Because they need to unshackle themselves from the overwrought sense of Nordic functionality?detritus
- The font has been cleverly designed to work with small iinterafaces; ie mobiles.CodenameAM

Damnit, I can't find the page now, but I was reading up on this over the weekend and thought it all looked like a good direction for them to take. Font change makes a lot of sense in my mind (turning new leaf / brand evolution / windows 7 tie-in etc) and subtly begins to draw them away from the idea that they're tied to old-style symbian-esque un-touchyfeely mobile.

Working with the new Face is alot better. The old one was bobby brown.

Seems unprofessional to launch this way, doesn't it? It isn't even a launch.

WHY? Spiekermann did a great job IMO.
