I am about to relocate to Northern Virginia and am having trouble finding any decent agencies in that area. Anyone have any of those handy lists at the ready? Viget (http://www.viget.com/) is about the only place I know of off hand.

I've come across several other shops in the last few days too. I've got untll the end of the month til I move, so I'll have to start tearing through my new portfolio and résumé shortly.
