blog feed to external site (wp)

I'm trying to get a blog feed going from a wordpress site to an external html page.
I've had no joy searching for anything along these lines, anybody have experience with something like this, or know if its possible?

Sorry guys, not an rss feed, I'm looking to feed the actual blog feed/excerpt onto the homepage of another external site.
Im sure its stupidly simple... but I can't get it.
A bad example here, but see on this site how the news feed is fed through to the homepage of the blog with a read more link for each article.
http://www.9to5mac.com/I'm basically looking for this kind of excerpt of a blog/news feed, but instead of feeding to the index page of the wordpress site i need to feed it to another website homepage...
