  Anyone know of, or have that they can share, good examples of a site plan for a community website that would show site structure and any processes behind stuff like: user profile pages, group pages, registration / edit pages.

  Something like a Visio diagram that lays out the different paths / pages users can follow.

  This kinda stuff isn't usually shared or readily available on the web, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
