A printed ad or web banner ad?

You're going to make some announcements related to the sale and rental of homes.
Regardless of whether minimal or classic (?), Which will not be,
My advice is you get paid in advance.

Why not have the same layout as in your original picture, but instead of all information up-front, just have the money-shot photo with the location over-written. Offer up the remaining information on Rollover?

visualplanes exmaple is pretty good - simple and nice grid, only thing i dont know how well it would work as a paper ad
Any more examples peeps?

we work with a lot of agents- they dont feel like they're getting their money's worth unless you spread the text to the edge- like peanut butter on a sandwich.
they all agree that samples like the one above not appealing- and say they want something nice... but when it comes down to it, they cant help but go for the regular realtor look - its like a rash they have to itch.
best of luck.
- yeah hopefully it goes well but you are prolly rightattentionspan

The above sample needs some major negative space.
