Hi
So I seem to have flash 9 plug-in installed for IE8, but all the other browsers on my laptop have Flash 10 plug-in installed. I have a interview in 4 hours and my flash Video content has stopped working in Firefox and Safari and Chrome arrrrrrr. I really do not want to use IE8 for the interview.
I have tried to use the flash Uninstaller but it's not working with the other browsers, they still have Flash 10 installed, and I need to move them back to flash 9 but cannot seem to find where the plugin are installed in Windows XP. Anyone got any tips.

it's not some security sandbox issue with local files is it?

hhhmmm,
first what is the browser you're going to use for your presentation?
ff? safari? chrome?
restart your computer in safe more with network support ( I believe its f10 or f8)
when you finally logged in, proceed to uninstall the player, you should be in admin mode, when you're done, restart your machine
and reinstall the version of flash you want before starting the browser, good luck mate

try deleting it manually with the "Add/Remove Programs"
