Apparently he wasn't having enough fun to stop him from getting off his ass and filing a lawsuit. Money is a strange motivator like that.

David Foster Wallace describes freebase cocaine as "too much fun"

if people can sue McDonalds for getting fat, this is equally ridiculous.Hombre_Lobo - yupmoldero

"A federal judge is allowing a negligence lawsuit to proceed"
"U.S. District Judge Alan Kay refused to dismiss parts of Smallwood’s complaint this month, possibly clearing the way for a trial."

Tbh go ahead and let it proceed. That way the cunt has to pay the law fee's when he looses.

what a tool bag.
Im not very educated in American law, but from what ive seen i do i hate some of the shocking shit that goes on in American legal systems. ridiculous law suits, sue this, sue that, everyones getting sued. I find that ridiculousness does seep into other legal systems too, like the UK etc.
And im truly sick of those 'accident at work?' adverts!

Maybe he's got a good chance.
Remember the woman who sued McDonald's for millions of dollars because she was burned by their hot coffee. She received several hundred thousands of dollars for punitive damages and now there's a warning label on coffee cups.

i am waiting for someone to sue QBN for spending too much time here.
- I'm going to sue you for insinuating that I'm spending too much time here.neandersthal

when i have 'too much fun' i usually lose my cellphone or something.. i hear stories of what i did for weeks after.. not remembering any of it
i wouldn't say gaming for 5 years straight with that behavior is at all 'too much fun'

Wow...so he levels with everyone that he spent 20,000 hours playing a game at the expense of his family, friends, and sadly, his own personal hygiene. Now he's starting a frivolous lawsuit that's bringing him international attention.
Check it out. Dustin Hoffman, 'Rain Man,' look retarded, act retarded, not retarded. Counted toothpicks, cheated cards. Autistic, sho'. Not retarded. You know Tom Hanks, 'Forrest Gump.' Slow, yes. Retarded, maybe. Braces on his legs. But he charmed the pants off Nixon and won a ping-pong competition. That ain't retarded. Peter Sellers, "Being There." Infantile, yes. Retarded, no. You went full retard, man. Never go full retard. You don't buy that? Ask Sean Penn, 2001, "I Am Sam." Remember? Went full retard, went home empty handed...

ugh - same old story: blame a company for your lack of personal willpower or blame a company for your lack of parenting ability
