We’re putting together a Web Marketing Plan including Social Media, and I just wanted to clarify my terminology:
1) What do you call different ways of reaching out to clients (website, blog, social networking, webinar)? Medium? Mode? Channel?
2) What do you call the specific instances of the above categories (company website, MES blog, Automation blog)? Medium? Mode? Channel? Venue? Application?

- There's a large amount of bullshit involved with this area, imo. You'd probably be best off following the leaders.********

"To really tackle this whole medium, you need to take on a sound strategy in every mode, and make sure your own instances command every mode."
Fuck! Sounds like business talk to me.
