Where is that little window where you could make an animated GIF?
There's an animation window in here but this doesnt look like what I remember. I remember you could tell each frame to hold for X seconds, etc...

push the 'open image in imageready' link at the bottom of your toolbar in photoshop.

open up animation window under windows.

I did that, thats something different, for Flash I think. Figured it out though, there is a very tiny button at the bottom of that window.

Open the Animations pallet from the Window menu.
Click the bottom right icon to toggle between timeline mode and animated gif/frame mode.The timeline mode is for animating video.

Your animation window is on timeline view rather than frame view, press the little button that looks like 3 windows. It's in the bottom right corner of the palette.
