Provider says theres nothing they can do. We don't send a shit load of spam, but our emails go into junk mail, is there anything we can do?
Help appreciated!

Your Web host and its servers have been blacklisted. It is probably time to find a new provider.

maybe as simple as getting a new IP with your host. but your providers don't seem very helpful.

Are these marketing? or personal/correspondence email.
When on broadband you have a dynamic IP, you might find that someone has used the IP address you are currently on to spam. This address has then been black listed by peeps like spam cop.
So it may jsut be a case of waiting till you are assigned a new IP address dynamiclyOtherwise try stripping out any html elements of your email and see if that helps.
Keywords also dont help, things like click here, and massive cock might also get you into the junk mail....:)

Nah, not marketing, its personal emails to clients and such like. We tend to find with certain clients it goes into junk and its a pain in the balls cos then they think we're not sending the emails when we say we will. I will try to avoid mentioning free promotions and massive cocks in the future... :P

Shiteye, I had this problem a couple of years ago in the last building I had space in. Everyone's emails in the building were being returned or blocked as spam. I had to contact the company responsible for oojimaflinging the building's wotsit (I have no idea what the correct terms here would be) and they had to change their IP or whatever and we were okay again. It was resolved almost instantly.
- Sweet Jeebus, are you giving good tech support here?shitehawke
- Well, it LOOKS like it, but on closer inspection... no.Orbit

Also, sorry getting a little confused here, our mail server is with our domain name which is different to our ISP. So should I get onto our ISP and ask them whats happening? Im loathe to do that, cos they're pretty shite too.

If its particular clients then it sounds like its at their end. try to get their IT staff to allow an exception for your domain. I've been in similar situations where the client is going mad and the whole time their twitch IT dept had an epic firewall that would go ED-209 on your an email that contained an amphersand.
I guess following up with a call and/or warning them that it might be in their junk mail. Contacting them to see if their IT support are blocking you. Otherwise maybe see if the problem sorts itself out re the IP theory.
