Sure, the CBC version is the original.
But while we're at it, let's go ahead and call out some other companies who have stolen this design treatment:

- Visionaire Magazine

- a version of the poster for the movie "DIVA"

the apple examples i dunno... lame but fair game i suppose.
the other 2 examples... mainly Stella ad using exact same colors, is really bad. Just reflects poorly on their advertising.
