I am looking for bad examples of fly-out/take-over drop-downs. Here's an example -- http://www.opentext.com/ (mouse-over "Products").

here is another... its not a drop-down but rather an advert pop-up..
scroll over "actor" or "actors" in THOR or PRIEST and there will be a pop-up that makes you want to scream...--
check out mtv.com and the main nav has some drop-downs that cover 1/4 of the screen.meh...

It's a pop out vs. a drop down but still nasty as all hell.

this is the ultimate worst, first off the nav is barely legible then thew drop down covers the product shots... just bad all around
- Oh boy, this IS bad. Should have been done with more columns or something.********

How about Fortnum and Mason - not only for the amount of links, but also the background colouring...
