I have that currently as I was smoked by a bronco 3 weeks ago on my bike; had a hairline fracture that has since gone away but the skin around it is very sensitive to the touch... just tendons n shite...
- Keep icing it Cygnus... Which part of your arm???ideaist
- Inner bicep. I have celebrex for inflammation, but probably not icing it enough.CygnusZero4

Stop wanking, you'll need to give your arm a chance to recover.

Ill ice it more. Once a day? Twice maybe? I cant ice it too long, its cold as fuck.

bruised bone? tissue damage. AIDS?
- I must have done this lifting weights or doing pushups. No way its a bruised bone.CygnusZero4
- Gotta be tendon or muscle tear. I wonder if I even need to bother with an MRI.CygnusZero4
- no man... MRI isn't needed unless it persists for months at a time... Ice & rest sir...ideaist

The tear/strain feels better now. Took 2 weeks to heal, its just the skin issue that was worrying me. Should I still bother with an MRI?

So, you went to the doctor, you got an MRI and in the interim while you await the test results you seek answers to apply solace to your anxiety to this personal medical dilemma on a design board?
- Ah..you're WAITING to get an MRI...TheBlueOne
- Didnt get an MRI, and as you can see, there's someone here that knows exactly what im talking about.CygnusZero4
- So it wasnt a waste of a thread. I dont feel like joining some health site just for this.CygnusZero4

if its the nerve than the pain will either go away over time... or last forever. Or it's just imflamation in that area thats causing the pain. Ice and advil, if that doesn't help than the only other option is amputation.

DIAGNOSIS: Ice / 0 mobility for 1 week; if pain persists consult physician... Good hustle... But take it E Z...

be ready for insurance warfare... they hate MRI's not just because the cost, but because the MRI may discover something that requires surgery, which they hate even more.....
