this thread is so stupid that i feel obligated to log on and say how stupid it is, thereby lengthening the stupidity, which i didnt want to do, but did anyway, becasue IT IS SO STUPID.
Who says Bob Marley and The Beatles should be compared! what about Bob Dylan and John Cage? How about Foreigner and Duke Ellington? STUPID

Marley was the godfather of one genre of music, and will forever be a singular voice in music.
The Beatles were, by and large, the bridge from one popular form of music to the creation of many new forms of music, and the blending of new, old and world music. They also had a greater impact on society and culture as a whole. Lastly, you can't deny the influence of George Martin's mad production skills. Those five brits did more for music than anyone since Mozart.
This one goes to The Beatles...the undefeated, never-to-be-unseated champs.

The Beatles were the cheese of their time. I am biased though as I'm allergic to most of what they produced.
They were, however, talented and quite charismatic, no denying that. Also, smart to produce nicely crafted pop songs.
You're either a Beatles or a Stones person apparently...
