The font looks 1970ish.

Don't know what this is for, but you can start by pushing Tech and Smart together.

Is it just me, or does the spraying-widget need its tube?
It's probably an awful idea - but you could have the tube make some kind of swishy line, featuring each side of your strapline.
I'd definitely initial cap both words in the main header too.

The logo is for a Mobile Car Body Repair company. The professional term for the work they do is Smart Repair or Spot Repair in America.
This is why the Play on the T is a Spray Gun.

Try to develop several ideas, rather than several slight variations of one idea. Then you can try to choose a legible typeface for the tagline (or get rid of the tagline, I would) and a better one for the logo itself. Ikea owns Verdana now, so watch out.

i dont think the 'spray gun' shape is recognizable enough to the public at-large. See if there is another, more simplified way of getting the idea across.
explore typography a lot more. These are all essentially the same thing.

don't use verdana for logos please thnx.

also the spray gun is too small when you scale the logo down... it will be a dot.

If you want to use the spray gun analogy I think you need to make it much clearer and maybe consider using the silhouette of a spray gun as a substitute for the T because the current designs don't make sense (I've worked with spray guns before and didn't recognize the shape) and are quite imbalanced. You can also design a T that resembles elements of a spraygun (using the body as the reservoir or something?)

the concept of simply showing the objects used in whatever it is the company does is pretty outdated and cliche.
You might try thinking about how the company fixes cars or perhaps the feeling one gets knowing their cars will be restored to look like new.
