I have been listening to Hospital Records podcast - liquid DnB.
Really good music. http://www.hospitalrecords.com/
A bit too much talking though... but they have to talk over the records to prevent pirating.I do also find the tempo a little too fast though
- the hospital podcasts are brilliant. top tunes and tony is pretty funny and has a lovely voice.prophet0NE

Fuckin' 'ell .. just got back from a run - I'd been running for about a year and got quite fit from it - quit smoking during that year too.. only to start smoking again end of March (and give up running).
This is my attempt to get it back the right way... but sweet jesus did it hurt.
Thx for the tips... music makes running so much better - I have no idea why people ran before the walkman was invented.

Hmm...let me think here...I like to run to some hard rap.
Royce 5'9, some Rakim, Old snoop, busta rhymes maybe... that last el-p album...
