I'm the only person in the world that can't figure out the Zappos hype. I guess their "outstanding customer service" is supposed to be pleasing somehow?

Point5, let's put it this way.
Zappos has a 365 day return policy. That's unheard of...anywhere. I bought some stuff from them for a photoshoot and returned it. Yeah, I'm that kind of person! But I'll be damned if they weren't friendly, helpful, and paid for my return shipping to boot!

I love them, I just buy 2 pairs close to my size and return the one that doesn't fit with no hassle or shipping fees.
I hope they keep the free return shipping policy with Amazon.

I actually bought some $59.99 Quicksilver jeans off of Zappos. Had no idea they sold anything but shoes but when I googled my size & the style # they came up.... Don't judge me epill, those are expensive jeans for me.

I find their customer service a gift and a curse; they're like the neighbor that bugs you because they're too nice. Buying shoes from them is a moot point for me because I need to try shoes on before purchasing them, and I can't be bothered re-tape a box and get it to UPS to return it, then wait x-amount of days for the right size. And their prices aren't all that.
and their sites suck.
and they're rich.
... and cultish.
