If you really must have some sort of eye thingy or else lose your CD badge, then die cut a circle in the card, arrange your type in an attractive way around said glorious hole, DONE.
Oh and your last version is not an improvement. As others have said, you're over-thinking it.

it is natural as human beings to put down other human beings! even more natural for sarcastic arrogant designers to run down any other designer. most of of you are such loosers and and the only thing that makes you feel good are apportunities like this, pissing on someone elses work, I thought this QBN thing was somehow to help us in this Industry...
Pyramide, i thing its hard to understand how a 22 years old can be a CD, however you might be, think and perform jobs like one...however I think you should trop the title from the card. Regarding the design, you might going in a wrong direction, process wise try to produce your self a few different designs, work a bit harder on your typography, drop complex images and make information relevant more relevant.
