and then it's envelope distorted in illustrator with a piece of clipart over the top.

there's no way it's hand drawn man. it's amateur to the extreme. it's just a country/gothic style font on a path and envelope distorted with a clipart swash over the top. it'll be a free font at either dafont.com or a cheapy from myfonts.
