actually if you wanna nail it as a spot i'd maybe do pms158C for a slighter darker, dirty orange as per their site:

I guess you guys are right. It's irrelevant what Pantone swatch he chooses. It could be PMS 158 as horton found in color bridge, it could be a CMYK value, it could be that RGB swatch Jamal_Jenkins posted, it can be any damn thing he pleases since it's probably not for the Knicks in the first place. If he needed the actual color for the Knicks, they would provide it to him. Sorry for arguing so much. Peace.

Actually according to this PDF, which has the vector logo in it, the cmyk mix is 0C, 65M, 100Y, 0K.
