Springwatch just wont be the same.
I'm loosing all hope if a professional birdwatcher finds life this depressing. You know... blue tits and badgers and stuff. Hardly a shift in Auschwitz is it?

Why doesn't he simply watch the back catalog of the 'hilarious' antics that he and fellow 'Goodies' Tim Brooke Taylor and Dr Graeme Garden got up to in the 1970's on their weekly TV shows ?
Surely this level of originality, wit and social commentary would life his beardy spirits and show him that there is life, love, happiness and hope in this cruel world ?
Or maybe, like the rest of us that had to endure it, he would be one step nearer jumping under a fucking bus at the mind-numbing crap-fest that it was.
