Free Hosting

  I know there's countless threads relating to hosting, but I was wondering if anyone knows if there's any half decent "free" hosting out there still? ie - no ads. PHP would be nice, but it's not essential.

  I'm working on a small website for a tour guide in Madagascar, and he'll have no means of making credit card payments, and potentiality no paypal either. It's cash only.
