an other thing, if you shrink it down. no.1 stays alive meanwhile no.3 blends in.

2 is weird, looks like a negative silhouette of darth vader
3 is a bit 'cool', depends what kind of work you do if it'd right or not. not bad though
4 looks kind of unbalanced and washed out imo
5 not keen on the drop shadow and the colours look too 'web safe', but with a bit of work it might have a kind of classic pentagramish look, I'd like to see developments of this, maybe seeing how the overlap could be done to look more like an overprint
6 see 2I like 1, personally, its got a touch of class

1 & 3 get my votes... but I would pick no. 1 over no. 3

probably 1, maybe 5. Even though 1 looks a bit high end fashion/cosmetics, 5 looks rather dated, missed the boat on that maybe. The others either look dated-trendy and ephemeral or ridiculous. As in, those ones where the alien mothership has landed in front of your logo, those ones are ridiculous.

None, at the risk of sounding harsh. I personally am not fond of Futura, it feels weak and dated to me, and Avant Garde alt is trendy from three years ago. I'd pick something more timeless.
If I had to pick one, it'd be #1, but I think you have more work to do.

if you are game i'd try your last version in a didone of some kind. i think the serifs would give the joins of the a's and 'v some more visual heft and close the space a bit while the alternating thick and thin strokes would add some rhythm.
