I usually have like 3 at a time, often one for fun, one about current events, one that I just procrastinate on.
Currently for fun:
The Fortress of Solitude by Jonathan Lethem
http://www.amazon.com/Fortress-S…Current events/political:
China Inc. by Ted C. Fishman
http://www.amazon.com/China-Inc-…and
Against All Enemies by Richard Clarke
http://www.amazon.com/Against-Al…All three are highly recommended.

In terms of book books, I rarely read fiction.
I leave that up to the massive amounts of comic books I read.
/me realizes he called digdre out on being in 4th grade, then proceeded to state he reads comic books still.
