Agree with Det.
If you change the colour profile to rgb in illustrator and apply the colours again, export to psd and save for the web as a jpg the line is gone.

its the way illy does grads. still won't print like that. To check convert file to RGB. prob should disappear. If you are still worried rasterise it in photoshop at 300+dpi.

in that last one the pathfinder left a stroke in there, that will print. check your screen mode in the view menu and make sure you are in overprint preview if you have any doubt. likewise, you can set the over printing for fills and strokes in the attributes panel.
