Download Flash Streaming Video

  Does anyone know if it is possible to download Streaming Flash video in OS X. I have looked at the Activity window with Safari but there are no .flv files downloading? Would the streaming file be in the catch anywhere?

  • Trust me I did a search, I can only find reference to use the Activity window with Safari and .flv, streaming video does not work with the Activity window in Safari
